Update on Mac and Chonies Printed Apparel Holiday Shipping Estimates
Happy holidays to everyone! I hope you enjoyed a safe and delicious Thanksgiving weekend and are feeling some holiday joy in spite of everything 2020 has thrown at us!
Speaking of 2020 throwing things at us, it isn’t done yet, and I am disappointed to report that my previous deadline of December 8 for printed apparel orders to be received by Christmas cannot be guaranteed. My fulfillment partner is experiencing much more demand than they’d prepared for, and estimated timelines are being extended beyond what normal fulfillment time would be. I don’t think it gives them any joy at all to face this issue at the peak of holiday shopping season, so I’m doing my best to be as patient as I’m asking you to be!
Don’t worry – you will still receive your order, it just might arrive after Christmas. But I don’t want to leave you guys hanging on Christmas Day with nothing but a promise of a gift to your recipient. Contact me ASAP and I will send you a handmade paper art placeholder to put in the stocking or under the tree so your recipient has something to open on Christmas morning!
To be safe, I’m going to establish my own deadline of December 15 to request your placeholder for a delayed printed apparel order arrival.
I very much appreciate your patience and understanding! The holiday rush is already brutal without a global pandemic, and I know everyone is working hard to make our customers smile. Your support means the world to me, and I am confident you will love your Mac and Chonies purchase!
